I’ve been visiting Walt Disney World since I was a baby way back in 1976. There have been so many cool attractions at the parks in my lifetime, and many are still going strong. That’s not true with all the classics, however. Some now live only in our memories (or online home movies).
One of my favorite things to do here at the Tomorrow Society is to take a deep dive into a specific attraction. This is especially true with original EPCOT Center pavilions, which have changed a lot since the early ‘80s. The ride videos might be a little grainy, but there’s still so much to enjoy by exploring them.

EPCOT Center
I first visited EPCOT Center in 1984 when I was eight years old, and I was hooked. It was such a cool place! You could travel to space, learn about history (in a fun way), and see massive dinosaurs. It’s hard to explain just how amazing this park was to a kid obsessed with Star Wars and sci-fi. Looking back on these attractions today, I’m even more impressed by what they accomplished.
